Pupil Absence Reporting Telephone Line

Education Services is looking to improve the way parents and carers inform the school their child will be absent.

In October 2014, in partnership with Customer and Business Services (CBS), we piloted a dedicated pupil absence reporting telephone line with eleven schools.

Due to the success of the pilot, the pupil absence reporting telephone line is now being launched to all mainstream secondary and primary schools.
